Just as the values of students, families, and colleagues shape the design of Principled Innovation (Practice M2), our own values form the basis of our individual decision making. This brief article highlights the role of values in decision-making and identifies strategies for helping readers come to better understand their own values.
Principled Innovation asks us to work with others and recognize the limits of our own knowledge so that we can better understand and tackle the complex issues our communities face.
